My name is Cassandra, and I’ve been right where you are. Not all that long ago, I too started my own journey to better health and over the last few years I’ve spent countless hours studying health and nutrition. I’ve made great strides with my health (which you can read about here) and I’m currently studying to become a certified Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach.
So, not only do I understand what it’s like to be in your shoes, but I can help you find the path that is going to be a perfect fit for YOU. We are all individuals, and we need to treat our health the same way. There is NO one size fits all approach to health.
